The City of Northampton Department of Public Works (DPW) – Water Division has free Water Conservation Kits for Northampton residents. The “I Save Water”™ Kits, manufactured by Niagara Conservation, are available for pick-up Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM at the DPW's office building located at 125 Locust Street.
